Easy ordering, no hassle delivery, then just unbox and start using. The chair works great. I use it every morning and evening. The kids jump in it when they come over. The only odd thing is that it takes a bit to get used to what commands to tell Alice the voice help. Once you get what she is looking for, very specific commands, then all is good. You also don’t have to use the voice command, but it is easier once you have the lingo. All in all a very good experience. It is cheaper than a lot of chairs, but I do not think it lacks any function or quality.
