If your order is not eligible for shipping due to incorrect address formatting, you will be notified and your order will not be processed.
However, once you place an eligible order on our website, it as we have same-day processing. This is to ensure fast shipping for a great customer experience!
Returning a Relaxe Product
We are here to answer any and all of your questions if you are not entirely satisfied with our products. Returns of merchandise purchased from Relaxe may be made within thirty days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the method of payment that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact our email support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Items eligible for refunds are those which are covered by our store-wide 2 year warranty and which have damage or are not functioning properly.
To expedite the return & refund process, please make sure any and all relevant packaging, receipts, products, are put neatly into the original shipping package. Significant items which are not accounted for in the return may result in an additional fee.
Orders that are not eligible for shipping (international, P.O boxes) will automatically be rejected by our system and you will be notified. These orders will be canceled.
However, we cannot cancel eligible orders after they are placed due to our automatic processing system. This is so we can get our products to you as fast as possible!
All orders are processed within 48 hours and delivery is 2-5 business days.

This depends entirely on the product selected. Due to weight restrictions, some products can only be shipped to the lower 48 states of the United States (no Hawaii, Alaska, P.O box). However, some of our products are eligible for international shipping.
We recommend adding the product to cart and looking at whether or not the selected item is available in your area for shipping.
