This Privacy Policy explains how Relaxe (“Relaxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or purchase from relaxe.co (including any sub-domains or mobile apps, collectively the “Site”) or otherwise interact with our products and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

  • Contact Details — name, billing and shipping address, email, phone.
  • Order Details — products purchased, payment confirmation (tokenized card/PayPal/Shop Pay/Affirm), delivery status.
  • Account Credentials — username, password, security questions.
  • Shopping Activity — items viewed or saved, wish-lists, reviews, gift-card balances, loyalty credits.
  • Customer-Support Content — messages, chat transcripts, attachments you send us.

B. Information We Collect Automatically (“Usage Data”)

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city/region).
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring/exit URLs.
  • Error logs, fraud signals, and similar diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide Products & Services — process payments, ship orders, manage returns and warranty, maintain your account.
  • Marketing & Advertising — send email/SMS offers, personalise ads on third-party sites (with your choices respected).
  • Security & Fraud Prevention — detect suspicious activity, secure the Site, debug technical issues.
  • Service Improvement — analyse usage to enhance user experience and product offerings.
  • Legal Compliance — satisfy tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies & Online Tracking

Relaxe and its partners use first- and third-party cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Details of Shopify-related cookies appear at shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can control cookies through your browser or our on-site “Cookie Preferences” banner; blocking cookies may affect some features. The Site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) where technically feasible.

We disclose data only as described below:

  • Service Providers — Shopify, payment gateways, cloud hosting, analytics tools, fulfilment carriers.
  • Advertising Partners — Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Klaviyo for personalised marketing (subject to opt-out).
  • Affiliates & Corporate Group for internal business operations.
  • Business Transfers if we merge, acquire, or sell assets.
  • Legal Requests to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or defend legal claims.
  • With Your Consent when you direct us to share (e.g., publishing a testimonial you approve).

We do not “sell” your sensitive data or use it to infer characteristics without consent.

7. Data Retention

Order and invoice records are retained for seven (7) years (tax and accounting). Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe + two years. Analytics logs follow Google Analytics’ 26-month default. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is mandated by law.


8. Security

We secure data with TLS encryption, PCI-compliant processors, least-privilege access, and annual penetration testing. No system is perfect; please keep your password confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised account activity.


9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Your data may be processed here or in other countries where our partners operate. For EU/UK transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.


10. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
