About The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative Performance Video Editor to help bring our brand and products to life. This individual will be responsible for creating dynamic video content that drives user engagement, traffic, and ultimately, conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit and produce compelling short-form video content for digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and our website
• Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm video concepts that align with marketing objectives
• Manage and execute video projects from pre-production to post-production, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, color grading, sound mixing, and encoding
• Use performance data to inform editing decisions, ensuring that content is optimized for engagement and conversion
• Apply best practices for SEO and video algorithms on various platforms
• Assist in establishing and maintaining the Relaxe brand style and tone of voice across all video content

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in video production and editing, ideally for an eCommerce brand
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of video editing skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with eCommerce and social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines
• Passionate about wellness, fitness, and our brand mission
